Matsumoto’s Shave Ice is one of the most popular places on the island of Oahu to get shave ice after a long hot day. And they do not disappoint!! This painting was inspired by some of my son’s favorite flavors: one is coconut and papaya flavored with mochi balls and the other is lilikoi, banana and lemon lime flavored shave ice. Doesn’t that sound delicious?!

Even though we can’t eat a painting, it’s a great way to bring Hawaii, or any tropical paradise, into your home!
